Shipping & Delivery

Delays will be observed in the handling, transportation and delivery at the final destination due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

Order Placement Guideline

• You will receive an order confirmation email from us, once your order is placed. 

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Up to 5 business days.

• Shipping time: 

Cyprus: 15 to 20 business days   

Europe: 3 to 10 business days                                                       

Rest of the world: 20 to 30 business days

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• Shipping to remote areas i.e. Australia could take up to 30 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation. 

• International Shipments go through Customs clearance. M.A. So Chic Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the Customs Department in your country. The tracking number provided will be updated once a package is inbound out of Customs. 

• M.A. So Chic Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer nor in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. 

Orders are shipped from Europe therefore EU citizens do not have to pay any customs.

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your order incurs any customs or duties fees, you will be required to cover the costs. 

M.A. So Chic Boutique has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties are different from country to country.

Please contact your local customs office for charges before paying for you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
